Job Description
Augmentive Business 7 Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our client's talent acquisition efforts ensuring attract and hire top talent. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle developing sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have to excel in individual contributions and team management possess strong data and Excel skills and have significant experience in nontechnical hiring and leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Manage the endtoend nontechnical recruitment process.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Utilize data analysis and Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics and productivity.
Handson experience in Naukri and LinkedIn is a must.
Must be capable of handling aggressive targets dynamic environments and solving hiring challenges.
Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory; a degree in HR Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
4 years of talent acquisition experience with 1 years in a managerial role.
Experience in nontechnical hiring and leadership roles.
Strong communication data analysis and Excel skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week (Monday Saturday).
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring team handling
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
