Job Description
Title: Business Analyst
Experience: 5 Year
Location: Remote
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Proven record of effectively managing large and complex projects
- Gather review and analyze business and industry data including KPIs financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Liaise between various vendors and state subject matter expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and conversation with technical and nontechnical partners
- Assess options for process improvement including business process modeling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects processes and operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical background with experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- A drive to understand data and key performance metrics and their relevance to our business and product decisions
- Ability to influence stakeholders including senior leadership
Desirable Qualification
- Experience with Tableau Online
- Experience with design & process tools (Figma Miro Lucid etc).
- Experience leading interactive trainings and presentations
- Familiarity with project management software e.g. JIRA
- Extensive experience using business intelligence tools e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI Oracle Analytics Cloud etc. including proficiency in SQL
- Background in education or in edtech or other fields with significant privacy security and compliance requirements
- Experience analyzing data and reports from business software e.g. Netsuite Hubspot Salesforce etc.
