1. Project management

Collaborate with Clients government officials and project stakeholders to fulfill the project objectives scope and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans including timelines

Monitor project progress and provide reports

Conduct regular inspection to monitor project quality and identify areas for improvement

Handling a ground team

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with government bodies contractors and other stakeholders involved in the MRF project.

Act as a liaison between the client and local NGO team ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns or inquiries.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans progress reports meeting minutes and relevant correspondence.

Prepare regular status reports for government officials and stakeholders highlighting project milestones risks and accomplishments.

Ensure compliance with all government regulations policies and procedures related to the MRF project

1. Survey

Stake holder mapping audits and material characterization

Excellent people skills with ability to conduct surveys and field work.

To utilize the designed framework and oversee the data collection process. Data analytics to draw constant feedback and redesign the project execution constantly.

Establish audit templates and oversee execution of audits being conducted across the Projects. Take necessary measures to enable compliance as per audit requirements.

Provide expert technical advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders involved in the setup of the MRF

Equipment Selection and Procurement: Collaborate with the project team to identify suitable equipment machinery. Assist in the procurement process by evaluating vendors obtaining quotes and tender process.

Requirements

3 years of working experience in solid waste management/sustainability/development sector

Fluent in English and Hindi both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Gujarati language is a must

Can relate to and connect with a wide spectrum of people
