Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Technologist for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $60 to $70 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fulltime: 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible hours 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5pm
Hybrid work: 2 remote days and 3 office days (Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and advocacy for technology use to enhance the employee experience and serve as a subject matter expert in Workday and other HR technologies to support applying new advancements to support the organizations vision and strategy.
Lead the implementation configuration and maintenance of HR technology systems including HRIS ATS performance management and other related platforms.
Develop and implement new HR technology solutions to improve efficiency accuracy and user experience.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance within HR systems in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to HR team members on the effective use of HR technology tools and platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR technology systems identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Serve as a domain expert in solution discovery design configuration documentation testing and postimplementation support for various HR systems (primary focus in Workday)
Partner with key internal customers to enhance cyclical HR activities and troubleshoot any issues or opportunities
Provide technical support for creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in various HR tools
Lead configuration testing and implementation of system upgrades and projects
Develop and maintain detailed configuration and standard operating procedures
Assist with impact assessments regression testing and communication plans
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and opportunities within the suite of HR technology and emergency technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Machine Learning.

What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in HR or Information Technology
5 years of handson technical configuration and technology implementation experience across HR technology
5 years of HR domain expertise
5 years of experience working in a large global organization and delivering solutions under tight timelines
Experience working in a large global organization and delivering solutions under tight timelines
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information within data privacy standards
Demonstrated technical strategic and consultative skills with the ability to develop forwardthinking solutions to address complex problems and risks.
Experience with project management human center design principles and change management approaches in support of HR technology initiatives.
Persuasive communication and influencing skills across cross functional internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
