Scrum master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile practices and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.

25 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Proficiency with Scrum tools like Jira Trello etc.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system. Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): Computer Literate Excel ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
