Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
Data Entry and RecordKeeping
Accurate and timely recording of bank transactions in accounting software.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of invoices payments and expenses.
Accounts Receivables administration including:
Onboarding new clients: Credit checks & account creation in Xero
Generate and remit invoices to clients.
Follow up on outstanding accounts;
Manage collections and customer queries
Parcel Insurance Administration:
Overall responsibility for insurance claims process submission of claims to the third party insurer; following up on required documentation from client for approval of claim and batch payment of the claims.
General administrative support
Maintenance of supplier banking information.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications: accounting degree/diploma or equivalent
02 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc)
Experience with accounting software Xero is advantageous
Comfortable working with and maintaining confidential information
Proficiency in online banking systems advantageous

About Pargo
Your primary focus is to drive acquisition and onboarding of access points to aggressively and strategically expand our access point network. You will identify and prioritise suitable potential access points, create a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end acquisition process. You are a hunter with great negotiation and closing skills and will also manage your accounts long term, build strong relationships and play a pivotal role in enhancing service quality and compliance. By working together with the operational, support and marketing team you will ensure the nurturing of these relationships and sustainable growth. You are a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills who is always in control of their pipeline and portfolio.
