Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented individual to join our Client based in Roodepoort as a Sage 300 Payroll Administrator. As a key member of the finance department the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll processes using Sage 300. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll using Sage 300 software
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
- Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payrollrelated matters
- Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records
- Stay current with relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Generate reports and assist in financial analysis as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator using Sage 300
- Indepth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Extensive knowledge of Payroll Legislation and Reports is a must
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (preferred)
- Certification in Payroll is a plus
Monthly salary processing experience Matric South African Citizen Sage 300 experience a must
