Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Creative Lead / Administrator to join our team in Auckland Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of creative and administrative tasks including general graphic design managing internet promotional campaigns overseeing website development and maintenance as well as handling administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Duties:
Create and design visually appealing graphics for various platforms.
Manage and execute internet promotional campaigns to enhance online presence.
Build launch and maintain websites ensuring they are uptodate and userfriendly.
Administrative Duties:
Handle telephone communications serving as the first point of contact for the company.
Schedule and manage appointments coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars.
Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence and organizing files.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Proficient in website development with a strong understanding of web design principles.
Competent in managing Google advertising campaigns.
Skilled in graphic design with experience using industrystandard design software.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
