Our client is a leading medical devices company located in Midrand and seek to employ a Junior Administrator to join their team.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Generate accurate calculations sheets for quotes.
- Assisting Product Manager/ Specialist with tenders when needed.
- Advising Account Executive on workable solution in cooperation with the Product Manager / Specialist / Sales Manager.
- Obtaining the correct quote and documents from supplier when needed.
- Make sure the product offered complies with the specification.
- Obtain freight quotes for export from Logistics.
- Keep track of calcs sent for approval.
- Keep track of calcs submitted for processing.
- Ensure that all quotes have been sent out to the correct person
Requirements
Qualifications
A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage but not compulsory.
Strong MS Office skills with strong skills in Excel.
