Product Manager

Position Summary:

Were searching for an exceptional Product Manager to join our growing FinTech business. In this role youll be the driving force behind our product strategy and execution leading a crossfunctional tribe to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers and propel business growth. Youll leverage a blend of customer obsession datadriven decision making and agile methodologies to bring winning products to market.

Job Description:

• Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the product vision roadmap and backlog ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Champion Customer Centricity: Conduct user research analyze user data (qualitative & quantitative) and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Deliver Value Usability Feasibility & Viability: Lead the tribe in building products that are valuable (solves customer problems) usable (intuitive user experience) feasible (technical capabilities) and viable (aligned with business goals).
• Master of Product Discovery & Delivery: Employ proven product discovery methods to uncover opportunities and validate solutions. Champion agile methodologies for efficient product delivery.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively within a crossfunctional tribe consisting of a delivery manager tech lead product designer and development squad.
• DataDriven Decision Making: Leverage data insights (leading & lagging indicators) to measure product success and inform future product iterations.
• Fast Learner: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn the intricacies of the FinTech domain and collaborate effectively with the technical development squad.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively communicating product vision strategy and progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of shipping successful products in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and user research methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) and crossfunctional team collaboration.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in utilizing leading and lagging indicators to measure product success.
• Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the FinTech industry and a desire to learn quickly.
• Proven ability to proactively identify communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. executives commercial marketing customer support engineering).
• Bonus Points:
• Experience in the mobile wallet or FinTech space.
• Experience working in a crossfunctional tribe setting.
• Experience with specific product discovery or delivery tools (e.g. user interview techniques user journey mapping A/B testing).
