Job Description

Our Client is A global leader with extensive experience refining crude oil into transportation fuels and other products. They operate a network of refineries around the world and market their products through a wellknown brand

They are looking for a Business Consultant

Term of hiring: Permanent

Location: Bangkok

Working Day: Mon Fri

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and competitors activities.
  • Present and promote our lubricant products to customers highlighting their features benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers distributors and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.

Territory Management:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory including market trends customer profiles and potential growth areas.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing supply chain and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate sales records including customer interactions sales activities and pipeline updates using the companys CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analyses for management providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in lubricant sales or a similar field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
