Job Description:
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the product vision roadmap and backlog ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Champion Customer Centricity: Conduct user research analyze user data (qualitative & quantitative) and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Deliver Value Usability Feasibility & Viability: Lead the tribe in building products that are valuable (solves customer problems) usable (intuitive user experience) feasible (technical capabilities) and viable (aligned with business goals).
- Master of Product Discovery & Delivery: Employ proven product discovery methods to uncover opportunities and validate solutions. Champion agile methodologies for efficient product delivery.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively within a crossfunctional tribe consisting of a delivery manager tech lead product designer and development squad.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Leverage data insights (leading & lagging indicators) to measure product success and inform future product iterations.
- Fast Learner: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn the intricacies of the FinTech domain and collaborate effectively with the technical development squad.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively communicating product vision strategy and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of shipping successful products in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and user research methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) and crossfunctional team collaboration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in utilizing leading and lagging indicators to measure product success.
- Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the FinTech industry and a desire to learn quickly.
- Proven ability to proactively identify communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. executives commercial marketing customer support engineering).
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in the mobile wallet or FinTech space.
- Experience working in a crossfunctional tribe setting.
- Experience with specific product discovery or delivery tools (e.g. user interview techniques user journey mapping A/B testing).
