IT Strategic istant Manager

Job Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to Honda Biz understanding their business needs and global strategy and objectives to develop regional IT strategies that align with their goals.
• Assist to conduct comprehensive assessments of IT environments identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Assist to Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps outlining the recommended approach for IT transformation initiatives.
• Assist to Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies and best practices.
• Assist to Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on topics such as digital transformation cloud adoption cybersecurity and IT governance.
• Lead workshops presentations and executive briefings to communicate IT strategy recommendations and gain stakeholder buyin.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in organization.
• Keep up with industry trends new technologies and regulations to help our company and clients stay competitive compliant and achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field;
• Male / Female age between 32 38 years old.
• Proven experience in IT strategy and IT implementation
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT strategies.
• Communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex multistakeholder projects.
