Role Summary:
The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting function including financial reporting budgeting compliance and team leadership. This role requires a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in managerial accounting financial analysis and a proven ability to lead and mentor a highperforming team to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards tax and Laws.
- Review and approve journal entries reconciliations and financial reports.
- Manage the monthend and yearend close processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure professional development of team members.
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers treasurers etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for yearend audits.
- Monitor budget performance analyze variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities in the planning process
- Handle various tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor on casebycase basis (if any).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferable.
- 35 years of progressive experience in accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Having experience regarding Crypto business is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements .
- Excellent leadership research analytical and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently manage work effectively work in a fastpaced environment and deliver quality work on schedule.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
- Good command of written and oral English and Thai.
