Business And Operations Consultant

Main Duties:

• Manage engagements with business clients including commercial growth business functionspecific issues business performance enhancements operational excellence etc.
• Be accountable throughout the client engagement cycle from designing the approach undertaking the analytical work presenting the arising and final conclusions
• Contribute to the engagement sourcing processes by contributing to proposals and bids to pitch for business
• Participate in (and where required lead) crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams that swarm around the specific business issues which we would be resolving with the clients
• Build and maintain an internal and external network of business contacts
• Communicate through online channels businessappropriate and professionally relevant business knowledge

What skills do you need

• Minimum MQF Level 6 Graduate in any one of the following disciplines: Business Management or Entrepreneurship or Operational Management
• Minimum 3 years in operational decisionmaking roles
• Business and commercial acumen
• Competency in operational reviews and assessments of operations value chains
• Demonstrated ability to understand and assess requirements/issues consider and analyse the impact and solutions to address these
• Innate curiosity at how technology can improve processes models and work organisation and the confidence to try new experiments
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead complex projects

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
