Turkish Customer Support igaming

We are looking for motivated and talented Turkish speakers with EU PASSPORTS to join our customer support team in St Julians Malta. This role involves providing topnotch customer service through email live chat and telephone support on a rotating shift schedule. Tasks

• Answer incoming email queries from clients.
• Provide onsite live chat support.
• Offer telephone support to clients.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule ensuring flexibility and availability 24/7.

Requirements

• University degree or similar qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Must be an EU Passport holder.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 system.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits

Salary: 2292 per month.

Performance Bonus: 15% salary increase after 6 months (343.80 more per month).

Work Hours: 8hour shifts with a 30minute break every 4 hours and a 1hour unpaid lunch break.

Holidays: 15 annual public holidays.

Training: 1month comprehensive training provided.

Relocation Support

• Accommodation: 11 days in a hotel upon arrival.
• Agency Fee: Up to 400 for agency fees to help find accommodation.

• Workplace: St Julians Malta (Onsite or Hybrid from Malta; remote work is not an option).
