IAM Specialist

Title: IAM Specialist

Location: Remote

Were seeking candidates with the following qualifications to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data.
• Manage and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning authentication and authorization.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor and audit IAM systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for IAMrelated issues and incidents.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security technologies.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on IAM policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in IAM technologies and solutions (e.g. Okta SailPoint Ping Identity Microsoft Azure AD).
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g. SAML OAuth OpenID Connect).
• Proficiency in identity lifecycle management rolebased access control and user provisioning.
• Experience with directory services and LDAP.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloudbased IAM solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA SOX).
• Familiarity with multifactor authentication (MFA) and single signon (SSO) technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) for automation of IAM processes.
• Certification in IAM or security technologies (e.g. CISSP CISM Certified Identity and Access Manager).
