Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrative Assistant with extensive experience in data management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from the real estate industry where they have led data searching efforts managed large teams and provided toptier support to clients. This role demands excellent organizational leadership and technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our department and the effective delivery of highquality data and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Lead data searching efforts for retail residential and office buildings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive listings including tenancy ratios availability leasing periods photos videos and pricing information.
- Upload and update property information accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on data before delivering it to clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of over 30 coworkers overseeing task management and resource allocation.
- Handle team queries and provide timely solutions.
- Train approximately 130150 new hires annually ensuring they are wellequipped to perform their duties.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Client Support:
- Provide exceptional client support as a Salesforce expert via Zendesk Slack Jira email and phone.
- Address client queries updates and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
- High school completion (Xth and XIIth) from R.B.S.E. Ajmer.
- Basic Computer Training (RKCLRsCIT).

- Proven experience in data management within the real estate industry.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and training large teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Zendesk Slack Jira and other relevant tools.
