Job Description: Payment Coordinator

Position: Payment Coordinator (Female Candidate)

Salary Package: 15000 to 20000 per month

Location: Specify Location

Experience: 25 Years

Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Payment Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payment processes ensuring timely and accurate payments and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payment Processing:

    • Handle the endtoend payment process including preparing verifying and processing payments.
    • Ensure all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Invoice Management:

    • Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
    • Resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments with vendors or internal departments.
  3. Reconciliation:

    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records of all payments.
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Vendor Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
    • Address and resolve any paymentrelated inquiries or issues from vendors.
  5. Documentation and RecordKeeping:

    • Maintain and organize payment records invoices and other financial documents.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding payments.
  6. Reporting:

    • Prepare regular reports on payment status outstanding invoices and other relevant metrics.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.
  7. Compliance and Audit Support:

    • Ensure all payment processes comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in payment processing accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payment procedures financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
  • Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of transactions.
