Job Description:
Durafloor Concrete Solutions LLP is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Admin Assistant with good knowledge of computer applications to support our team in Mumbai. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling computerbased tasks and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing organizing documents and managing office correspondence.
- Proficiently use MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) to prepare reports spreadsheets and presentations.
- Manage and respond to emails and inquiries ensuring prompt communication with clients and team members.
- Maintain and update company databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and events for staff and management.
- Assist in office supply management ensuring the office remains wellstocked and organized.
- Provide support to other departments including finance and operations with data entry and system updates.
- Handle petty cash and process payment claims as well as minor bookkeeping tasks.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of computer applications especially MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a computerrelated or administrative role.
