Overview
The Admin plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization by providing essential administrative support. This position serves as a central point for communication and coordination among departments facilitating the flow of information and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Maintain and organize office files and records systematically.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas minutes and reports for meetings.
- Assist in the development of administrative procedures and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information as necessary.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good with drafting commercial contracts agreements MOUS notices circulars and complaint letters.
- Good knowledge of property markets how deals happen registry sale deeds etc..
- Good knowledge of the construction sector materials maintenance issues of residence or commercial projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
