ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Visitor Management:
Register and sign in visitors ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
Issue visitor badges and collect them upon departure.
Communication:
Relay messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Assist with general email correspondence.
Administrative Support:
Assist with clerical tasks including photocopying faxing and filing.
Manage and organize office supplies placing orders as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments and conference room reservations.
Security (Physical Cyber and Data):
Monitor and control access to the premises.
Issue and deactivate access cards for employees and visitors as required.
Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a secure physical environment.
Maintain awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
Report and escalate any security incidents promptly.
Collaboration:
Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
Work closely with security personnel to ensure a secure environment.
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Management Marketing or equivalent;
With at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Receptionist or in the Customer Service field.
Flexible and fast in picking up instructions;
Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills;
Computer proficient
Full Time
