The client is a wellestablished labor hire agency in Australia dedicated to connecting job seekers with the right opportunities and fulfilling clients staffing needs across diverse industries. They are seeking a confident and wellspoken individual with strong English skills to provide recruitment and administrative support. This role involves phonebased tasks including afterhours support and basic recruitment duties such as resume screening and candidate management. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service admin or phonebased roles.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls using a VOIP phone system.
Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry and document management using computers.
Assist the recruitment team with resume screening phone screening candidates and booking interviews.
Provide afterhours phone support by addressing client and employee inquiries outside regular business hours.
Offer administrative support to the team by assisting with various daytoday tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in handling phone calls preferably in a receptionist customer service or administrative role.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in English and a peopleoriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment including screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
Prior experience in providing afterhours support or handling urgent client requests.
A customerservice mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
