The Casino Operations Manager is in charge of casino managers team and is responsible for the departments operational performance owning the related budget and driving innovation within the vertical together with Product MKT CS Affiliate CRM and VIP team.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility for the casino operations in terms of GGR and costs.
- Casino portfolio management regular analyzing games performance managing underperforming games and overall game positioning in the website as well as actively support the games and supplier selection process.
- Liaise with game suppliers to improve KPIs track and resolve any concerns restricting the development of Casino
- Align with Product Management and external game and platform suppliers regarding the respective development roadmaps and influence the prioritization of the development efforts.
- Oversee efficient management of customer escalations and incident resolution.
- Working in collaboration with Affiliate CS CRM and VIP teams to maximize customer loyalty and value.
- Champion innovation within the department focusing on keeping the team informed and ahead of competitors developments.
- Maintain & improve all existing casino processes and drive efficiency
- Work with external stakeholders into developing casino product and improves casino revenues.

- Strong Online Casino background with experience of dealing with suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of Casino games (Maths models content and game types)
- Strong analytical skills expert at understanding and interpreting data
- Ability to lead by example and foster collaboration both within and outside the team
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Professional level of English
