Job Description
What You Will Do
- Lead and coach a small team of compensation and benefits specialists
- Work closely with our Corporate Compensation and Benefits team within Siemens for alignment of remuneration benefits overall,
- Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation, incentivization, and reward programs
- Audit the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
- Defines and develops job grading and pay banding methodologies and tools for consistent and equitable use across all roles throughout the organization
- Develops and showcases techniques for compiling, preparing and communicating compensation and budgetary data and metrics
