Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products services and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information in the company’s database.
- FollowUp: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software including CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
