Requirements/Skills:
- A professionally qualified Business Performance Manager with a University degree (BSc) in Engineering Business Administration Finance or any related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Business Performance Manager professional of at least 7 years in the upstream oil & gas industry with a focus on business performance analysis strategic planning or operations management
- Proficient in data analysis techniques statistical methods and data visualization tools to extract insights and drive informed decision making.
- Solid understanding of financial principles budgeting cost analysis and financial modeling.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with experience leading crossfunctional projects or initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to lead strategic planning processes set SMART objectives and develop actionable strategies to achieve business goals.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements industry standards and best practices pertaining to upstream oil & gas operations.
- Understanding of risk management principles risk assessment techniques and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
