Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven track record of progressive experience in finance leadership roles preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong financial analysis strategic planning and decisionmaking skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
Indepth knowledge of financial regulations accounting principles and reporting standards.
Experience with financial systems and ERP software.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
