Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the process of purchasing a property in Spain.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the local real estate market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences.
• Manage property listings ensuring accurate and attractive presentation.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to clients.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or sales
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid drivers license.
