Job Description

Tasks
- Supervise the invoicing processes
- Oversee the aging of accounts receivable and handle collection claims
- Perform accounting entries including bank cheque issuance and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers
- Manage KPI ysis and reporting
- Participate in ad hoc projects and perform additional tasks as igned by the Finance Manager
- Cooperates closely with the Finance Manager on accounts for specific regions
- Responsible for managing and reviewing expense reports overseeing petty cash performing clerical tasks and handling specific client communications
Requirements
- Preferably a bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
- 35 years of experience in accounting with a strong understanding of accounting procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with US GAAP is highly valued
- Excellent organizational and communication ss
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
