Job Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the serverside logic defining and maintaining the central database and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and security of our applications.

What Youll Be Doing:

ServerSide Development: Build efficient tele and reusable backend modules. Develop clean robust and scalable code.

Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity performance and security. Manage data exchange between the server and users.

Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.

Optimization: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability implementing security and data protection.

Troubleing and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set up objectives design more functional cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

What You Need To Succeed:

Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in serverside languages we use here C# but any other language also works.

Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.

System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement APIbased architectures including REST.

Strong ytical Ss: Excellent problemsolving ss and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.

Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication capable of explaining complex ideas to nontechnical team members.

Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed by project demands.
