DESIGNATION: REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
LOCATION: HYDERABAD TELANGANA
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior HR leadership and business executives to understand organizational goals
and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide input into the development of HR policies programs and initiatives at the regional level
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee regional recruitment efforts for bluecollar hiring
Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Work on talent retention strategies and employee development programs.
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee relations issues conducting investigations when necessary.
Promote a positive work culture and facilitate communication between employees and
management.
Compliance:
Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance across locations.
Work with legal and compliance teams to address HRrelated legal matters.
HR Analytics:
Utilize HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Provide regular reports to senior HR leadership on key HR metrics.
Change Management:
Lead and support HR initiatives related to organizational change within the region.
Act as a change agent ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
