Tiitle - Servicemax Developer/ Admin/ Consultant

Location - Remote
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceMax solutions.
- Configure ServiceMax to meet client specifications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Perform ServiceMax integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceMax implementations to identify and resolve any issues.
- Provide training to clients' staff on ServiceMax usage and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceMax instances, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on ServiceMax updates, releases, and best practices to continually improve our implementation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceMax, including configuration, integration, testing, and administration.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceMax platform capabilities and limitations.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceMax implementations, preferably across multiple industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- ServiceMax certification(s) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
