Job Description
Job Title: Facility Manager Technical
Industry: Facilities and Securities Industry
Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
Minimum Experience: 710 Years
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
- Direct the planning and delivery of all facilityrelated and administrative support services and activities at the site on a daytoday basis.
- Responsible for overall upkeep of the site to high standards of operations maintenance and cleanliness.
- Oversee day today running of site soft services in respect of scheduling cleaning consumables Procurement & Housekeeping.
- Oversee day to day running of site technical services including infrastructure common assets and services and equipment s like DG system HVAC system elevators Fire Alarm STP OWC etc.
- Preparation of Daily Weekly and Monthly reports for client as per the prescribed format.
- Recommends maintenance mechanical electrical and facility design modifications.
- Lead a team of engineers supervisors and technicians to deliver quality electrical support for the property.
- To organize and coordinate formal monthly meetings with the client and vendors.
- To prepare and analyze various site reports like DDR MMR QBR etc and identify loopholes to avoid crisis.
- To maintain and update database feedback MMR from vendors statutory / technical compliances are met by vendors as per deliverables.
- Manages and reviews service contracts.
Requirements
Overall Objective of the Job:
Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and wellfunctioning.
Preferred Skills:
Good verbal & written communication
Should have experience in Facility Management Industry
Residential site experience required
Leadership Skills/Team Management
PREFERRED SKILL SET: Good verbal & written communication Should have experience in Facility Management Industry Residential site experience required Leadership Skills/Team Management Education- B.E Diploma/ Engineering EXPERIENCE: 7-9 Years of experience in IFMS
