Senior Operation Manager

Our client is a ridehailing/automotive company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Operations manager to join our dynamic team with a focus on 3W Market in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a highperformance ride hailing and leasing business of 3W vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the managing a fleet of Leased vehicles in different regions of Indonesia by building a team of Business development and marketing executives
• Responsible for Growth of Maxride app in launched regions.
• Responsible for managing Driver acquisition and performance monitoring
• Maintaining the Payments and ensure utilization of all Leased vehicles
• Responsible for creating and executing multiple Online and offline marketing tools to improve the customer base and App downloads
• Responsible for Maintaining the vehicle and driver quality on the platform and also ensure best customer service
• Leading training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with Government and relevant institutions for smooth operations and growth

Qualifications:

• 5 of Years of Experience in Ride hailing or Leasing business models.
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
