Finance Accounting Tax Manager

On behalf our client producing high quality premium rice we are looking for Finance and accounting Tax Manager.

The Finance Accounting and Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company ensuring accurate accounting records managing tax compliance and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role involves developing and implementing financial policies managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
   • Oversee and manage the companys financial accounting monitoring and reporting systems.
   • Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
   • Develop budgets and financial plans in collaboration with other departments.
   • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decisionmaking.
2. Accounting:
   • Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (GAAP IFRS etc.).
   • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
   • Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts.
3. Tax Management:
   • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax VAT/GST payroll taxes etc.).
   • Manage tax planning and strategy to optimize the companys tax position.
   • Liaise with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
   • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
4. Audit and Compliance:
   • Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit processes.
   • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
   • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
5. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
   • Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
6. Strategic Planning:
   • Contribute to the development of company strategy by providing financial insights and recommendations.
   • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to support business growth and efficiency.
   • Identify financial risks and opportunities for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. A Masters degree
• Minimum of 57 years of relevant experience in finance accounting and tax with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluent in English
