Job Description

Profile : Our Client is t Textile Industry (Indonesia) was set up in 1973 marking ABY Groups entry into Indonesia. Today this facility is equipped with 158880 spindles and has a total production capacity of 48236 MTPA. It also boasts the latest Vortex spinning technology with 960 MVS positions.

Our client is the worlds largest producer of rayon spun yarn contributing 10% of the global rayon spun yarn trade. It is the largest exporter of rayon and rayonpolyester spun yarn from Indonesia commanding a market share of 30%. About 80% of its products are exported to customers in the US Turkey Korea Japan Italy Greece Spain Brazil Argentina and other regions in Europe and the AsiaPacific. Nearly half of its production caters to niche segments such as highquality fabrics for medical applications car seat covers upholstery and fancy yarn production.

Our Client has received certifications under SVCOC FSC RCS GRS ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 45001 ISO 50001 OEKOTEX 100 and Higg.

Position :

Asst Production Manager

Qualification :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Technical Textile.

Required language(s): English

At least 1015 Year(s) of working experience in Textile (Spinning Business). Spinning experience means understand Blow room Carding Draw Frame Simplex Ring Frame Winding TFO Packing) specific in rayon & cotton material.

Required Skill(s): Strong analytical & problemsolving skills; great verbal & written communication skills (English & Indonesia); negotiation skill; meticulous attention to detail; strong interpersonal skill proficient in MS Office

Job Description :

Product Quality: In todays highly competitive global textile scenario where the customer expectation is increasing rapidly due to new technology and new end & critical applications of yarn at their end providing consistent and top class quality with comparatively old m/cs like Howa cards RSB 951 draw frames and Schlfhorst 338 winders becomes the vital part of production head.

Manufacturing cost: Producing yarn at competitive cost is important for PTE to improve the bottom line and hence the job holder has to focus on avenues for reducing manufacturing cost by effective utilization of resources within the budgeted cost.

Manpower Rationalization: Challenge to keep reducing hands every year in spite of increased production to maintain the manpower cost constant as labor cost is increasing Indonesia very rapidly.

To supervise production department to achieve maximum product efficiency quality and customer satisfaction

To implement company regulation work instruction procedure in the production process

To control productivity quality good housekeeping and optimum machine utilization

Reduce waste generation

Responsible to production target

Responsible to yarn quality

Responsible to employees skill

Responsible to employees discipline

Responsible the smooth running of production process

Job Accountabilities

PRODUCTION OPERATION
Plan schedule implement the production program and control the yield factor

PRODUCT QUALITY
Drive and ensure quality at all stages of production for meeting the desired product quality.

PROCESS INNOVATION & BENCHMARKING
Motivate initiate & plan for implementing process innovation improvisation and benchmarking.

COST CONTROL POWER
Plan and engage manpower and control power cost as per budgeted norms

MACHINERY MAINTENANCE
Ensure the availability of machines and equipment to meet target production in coordination with other functions.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Ensure that necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken based on customer feedback back analysis.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Assess the skill level motivate and develop subordinates to take higher responsibilities.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Adhere to quality environment and safety standards as pe.
