Job Responsibilities :
(1) Assist in the employee recruitment process
(2) Conduct employee orientation and help organize onboarding.
(3) Provide support to employees on various HR related topics
(4) Carrying out tasks related to employee performance management
(5) Store employee files and records in softcopy & hardcopy form
(6) Ensure compliance with company regulations and employment regulations
(7) Responsible for office assets Maintain & monitor office assets including building management
(8) Carry out good communication with vendors and internal and external teams for Company needs
(9) Handle administrative documents related to HR & GA functions
(10) Handle attendance data from all employees in the HRIS system
(11) Assist in the Employee Payroll process
(12) Handle the BPJS Health & Employment registration process
Requirements :
(1) Bachelor degree in Human Resource is preferred
(2) Minimum 3 years experiences as HR Manager/Dept Head
(3) Good knowledge about HR Manpower Regulation Employee Relations Personnel Administration Payroll and Compensation Benefits.
(4) Team player good interpersonal and leadership and excellent communication and negotiation skills
(5) Ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines
(6) Rigorous and professional
(7) Excellent in computer program related with HR administration
(8) Fluency in English
