This position is for a global manufacturing (palm oil) corporate company the placement is in Jakarta. This role will report directly to the Director and will lead HR Team and monitor all the HR spectrum & Corporate affair in 6 Business units (5 across Indonesia 1 in Johor Baru Malaysia).
Requirements
- Min bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field. Extra points for a Masters degree or relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Senior Managerial level or Country Manager level of HC Business Partner and Corporate Affair role with a big scale employees.
- Preferable if has experience as consultant in Human Resource Management as well as practitioner in corporate.
- Good understanding of HR regulations and foreign employee regulations and experience in managing expatriate employee and their formalities.
- Indepth knowledge of HR strategic employment legislation and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent in English.
