Today as we continue to innovate our brand stands as a celebrated ice cream icon throughout Southeast Asia.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our companys recruitment needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Update and create new job application and onboarding procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the recruiting team.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and report on them.
  • Develop and use new methods to find candidates.
  • Choose and manage job advertising options.
  • Create strategies to improve the companys reputation as an employer.
  • Work with department managers to predict hiring needs.
  • Keep uptodate with labor legislation and inform the team of changes.
  • Attend job fairs and career events to attract talent.
  • Build relationships with HR professionals colleges and other partners.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta
  • Proven 4 years experience as a Recruiting Manager Recruitment Consultant or Coordinator.
  • Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Understanding of labor laws.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Excellent decisionmaking abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
  • Proficient in English Mandarin speaking is a plus.
