We are looking for Sales Manager for an IT Infrastructure service provider company in Mumbai. The candidate should be active and ready to work in field.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate customers either face to face or over the phone.
- Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Carry out coldcalling in order to create interest in products and services generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and followup courtesy calls.
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
- Determines annual unit and grossprofit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Creating a short and longterm sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
- Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales determine profitability and targets and identify potential new markets
- Payment followup.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
Job Requirements
- MBA Marketing.
- Prior of in sales IT Products will be preferred.
- Dynamic fresher candidates will also be considered.
- Preferred female candidate who should be ready to go in field.
- Between age 2535.
- Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others Commercial awareness.
