We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various recruiting and amp; human resources development programs.
If you have a passion for HR and a broad knowledge of human resources functions from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation this is the place for you. and nbsp;
Your role as an HR Generalist with us will be far from onedimensional. Youll undertake a wide range of HR tasks like recruiting training administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use tools and processes to ensure all employee records are uptodate and confidential. And youll also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HRrelated topics.
Your goal will be to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Heres the description of responsibilities:
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and amp; development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize periodic employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Heres what we are looking for is this you
- You have proven experience as an HR Generalist
- You understand general human resources policies and procedures
- You have good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of Google Docs; Spreadsheets and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills (written and amp; verbal)
- Aptitude in problemsolving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Bachelors in Business administration or relevant field
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Additional HR training will be a plus
