Food Service Supervisor

We are currently looking a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client to oversee and coordinate food service operations ensuring highquality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills wed like to introduce you to this supervisory role.

Requirements:

• Education: College CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage
• Must have knowledge of the establishments culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Supervision:

• 34 people
• Food service counter attendants and food preparers
