Position Overview:

As the Senior Manager AGM Leasing you will play a pivotal role in driving the leasing operations of our warehousing business. You will be responsible for engaging with clients fostering business development opportunities and leading a team to ensure the successful leasing and occupancy of our warehousing facilities. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking leadership skills and industry expertise in optimizing leasing outcomes and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals providing guidance support and training to ensure optimal performance and adherence to leasing best practices.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop leasing strategies set leasing targets and implement initiatives to achieve business objectives and maximize occupancy rates.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform leasing strategies pricing decisions and market positioning.

Lease Management: Oversee the endtoend leasing process from prospecting and negotiations to lease execution and occupancy ensuring compliance with legal regulatory and company policies.

Financial Management: Monitor leasing budgets analyze leasing performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support decisionmaking and drive financial success.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process fostering a positive reputation for the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or related field (Masters degree preferred).

Proven experience in leasing management preferably in the real estate or warehousing industry with a track record of successfully negotiating and closing lease agreements.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends identify opportunities and develop effective leasing strategies to drive business growth.

Sound financial acumen with the ability to analyze leasing metrics interpret financial data and make datadriven decisions to optimize leasing performance.

Familiarity with leasing laws regulations and industry best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.
