We are looking for a Market Research Lead

Functions

1. Deploy market information updates and write periodic reports on residential real estate projects (Apartment/Villa & Townhouse) in the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh markets.
2. Update and analyze macroeconomic indicators legal policy documents infrastructure and transportation affecting the housing market thereby providing insights into real estate market trends.
3. Develop plans to implement market research activities as required.
4. Implement and monitor approved market research/analysis activities according to plan.
5. Other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Requirements

1. Graduated from university or above in Economics Finance International Trade or related fields.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research in real estate companies real estate consulting firms abroad.
3. Understanding of the companys organizational structure and operations in the real estate field.
4. Understanding of managing team operations to conduct market research reports. Understanding of market research organization and implementation processes.
5. Knowledge of survey and market research organization methods and techniques.
6. Sense of responsibility proactiveness in work ability to delegate tasks and control work progress.
7. Ability to plan and organize work deployment. Ability to collect research information analyze and process data to make proposals. Ability to create and write research reports.
8. Language: English communication equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above
9. Computer skills: proficiency in office computer software. Good at analyzing and processing data on excel. Ability to make reports with PowerPoint Words...
