Senior UIUX Designer

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

As a UI/UX Designer youll lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Collaborating with fellow designers and crossfunctional teams youll craft intuitive designs that enhance our products usability and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

UserCentered Design:

• Translate highlevel requirements into thoughtful wireframes and intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to convey design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to glean insights and understand user needs.

User Interface Design:

• Establish and maintain a consistent visual design language and framework.
• Produce highquality UI designs and prototypes aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Interaction Design:

• Design interactions and animations that enrich the user experience.
• Ensure smooth navigation and intuitive user journeys across digital products.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Advocate for usercentric design principles throughout the development process.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs iteratively.

Design Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive design documentation including specifications and style guides.
• Maintain organized design files and version control.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design User Experience Design or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio preferably in software for productivity.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma Sketch or similar.
• Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS etc.).
• Proficient in English.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with agile development methodologies is advantageous.
