He should be an engineer B. Tech Food Tech/Mechanical with at least 14 years of work experience with significant and relevant experience in plant based roles with a Food/FMCG background. He will have excellent team building and management skills and an experience of working with international stakeholders. He will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills so that you can act as an extension of the brand itself. He should demonstrate outstanding problemsolving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production. He should have exceptional communication management and leadership skills to ensure that factory production run smoothly.

Job Description:

• Taking overall production management material planning inventory control and quality process.
• Meeting the strategic objectives of the corporation and the targeted revenue growth Managing product development and improvement for the products.
• Ensuring human capital is effectively deployed while leading and mentoring the local key management team.
• Managing timelines and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• He should be able to manage audits related to factory system and products.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decisionmakers.
