Job Description
Job Title : Production Supervisor
Primary Job role:
Responsible for managing the production operations with available machinery in the plant ensuring the productivity quality and safe working environment by optimizing the available resources to the extent. In addition play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cost effective manufacturing processes and on time delivery of products to meet the customer requirements.
Role & responsibilities:
Typical Qualifications:(education experience knowledge skills and abilities typically needed to perform this job)
Education (if beyond High School or equivalent): ):
BE /B Tech /Diploma in engineering any stream or equivalent technical education.
Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field:
- 6 to 10 years of production of casting forging and machining experience.
- Expert in preparing the program for CNC Turning VMC HMC and another machine etc.
- Aware of Quality management system
- Knowledge of tooling selections jig fixturing etc.
- Should manage the machine shop independently. With small help.
- Knowledge of maintenance of machine would be added advantage.
