IT Application Senior Specialist

POSITION DESCRIPTION

1) Member of IT S&D Unit participate in develop and maintain existing IT application systems related to

Sales Marketing and Logistics.

2) Participate in projects that are assigned from superior.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute assigned tasks with exhibiting expertise.

Coordinate the work of others in the team to complete assigned tasks.

Collaborate and coordinate with other teams to complete assigned tasks.

Guide and support junior team members provide them with onthejob training.

Understand Section target.

Develop and maintain existing IT application systems related to Sales Marketing and Logistics.

o Effectively and proactively enhance the system as business requirement.

o Solve trouble occurred and minimize business impact.

o Prevent system trouble from happening.

o Strictly control security risk vendor operation.

Cooperate with vendor and user department to enhance and maintain operation of existing applications:

o Support user department in system usage

o Manage system access to ensure information security.

o Troubleshoot occurred incident and problem.

o Periodically monitor to ensure systems health and performance

o Consult and execute change request as business requirement

Support leader to periodically evaluate vendors performance to ensure service quality

Support leader to manage lifecycle of systems and outsourcing services to ensure they are extended

properly and timely.

Participate IT project as assignment of superior:

o Collaborate with related partners to collect business requirement properly and sufficiently

o Check function design to ensure it is designed accordingly to business requirement

o Participate together with user department to conduct User Acceptance Test.
