Lead Data Scientist

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking a Data Science Lead who can work in the experimenting with various technologies algorithms and tools for solution to BU at quickest pace possible and scientific standards while keeping update with technical and industry pace.

Location: Hanoi Vietnam

Functions

1. Evaluate effectiveness of proposed models and track business performance against data analysis model.
2. Build cuttingedge algorithms for advanced analytics solutions including recommendation engines customized data models and predictive machine learning models.
3. Drive application of machine learning and big data techniques across different projects and teams.
4. Manage execute and review complex data science projects in compliance with internal regulatory requirements.
5. Lead the identification and interpretation of actionable insights from large data sources.
6. Review processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy.
7. Proactively lead discussions in multiple squads to identify data analysis questions and issues.
8. Collaborate with Data Engineers to build complex algorithms for improving work efficiency.
9. Manage multiple data products resolve conflicts and keep operations running at high performance.
10. Lead data science teams propose solutions align KPIs and encourage continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

1. Minimum Education: Masters or PhD degree in Statistics Mathematics Quantitative Analysis Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or any other Numerical disciplines.
2. Minimum Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in areas of data analysis machine learning deep learning model development on large amounts of data implementing and deploying various statistical models 4 years of people management experience.
3. Valuable: Background from product with large data scale and user number.
4. English proficiency (fluent).
